Taking the 992 MTS Bus

Exit the airport, find the bus stop on the sidewalk. If unsure, ask the info desk for guidance. Have $7 in change for the bus, drop it in the front box. Ask the driver for a day pass for bus and train rides. Tell the driver you’re getting off at the American Plaza Trolley stop downtown, close to the pier. The driver will remind you. Going to the border entrance

When exit the Trolley, call us to let us know you’re here, and we’ll send a driver. Follow the crowd down the platform, turn left, and follow signs that say “MEXICO.” Go through the turnstile gate and pass through customs. Have your US passport ready, and fill out a tourist permit form. A week’s stay is free, or opt for a 180-day permit for a small fee. It makes future visits easy—no need to stop at the immigration desk, just show the permit if asked.

Go to the pick-up point
